We had a lot of fun and we raised enough money to open in our first storefront location at 2429 Saint Paul Street. This year’s Day of Renewal on January 8th at Lovely Lane will relax your body, rejuvenate your mind, restore your spirit, and free your soul, since you’ll be helping us to stock our shelves for our GRAND OPENING in February of 2005! Our Mission The Village Inc.: A Natural Food Cooperative is a center for natural living that aims to: ·Empower the community to improve its health and well-being; ·Provide healthful food and environmentally sound products at an affordable price, thereby increasing access for underserved urban populations; ·Provide locally produced and organic goods whenever possible; ·Provide education on cooperative principles, sustainable living, environmental conservation, personal health and consumer issues.
