| People’s Summit 2005: Building for Progress is scheduled for Saturday, January 22, 2005 from 10 am to 6:30 pm at the University of Baltimore. Please mark your calendar for this terrific annual event! The People’s Summit is a free, day-long conference of individuals, activists and organizations. It is intended to bring Baltimore area progressives together to meet, learn, network and plan for the future. This opportunity to build a stronger, more effective community has never been more needful. People’s Summit 2004 brought together 120 people representing more than 60 organizations. In a celebrative day of networking and workshops, we gathered, learned, and forged productive relationships that benefited us throughout the year.
